Eid Mubarak!
It’s Eid ul-Fitr, the end of Ramadan, and a two-day national holiday. It’s been nice, spending two days doing essentially nothing… because we can, i.e. because we’re in Jogja for 3 days extra than we had originally planned.

Thanks to an Amazing Family
Tomorrow it begins, the adventure of a lifetime. I’m off to Indonesia for two and a half weeks, preceding eight months in Vietnam, with sporadic trips to Laos, Cambodia, and god knows where else intermittently.
I’ve thought about if I want to switch to another blog interface or if I’ve wanted to stay on tumblr for almost a week now, especially with the influx of people asking...

Five Days
I think at this point, I am supposed to be really excited to go. I mean, I’m leaving in five days. I’m almost entirely packed and can just spend the rest of my time in Toronto with my loved ones.
